ALGERA strives to include on the website most accurate and detailed product information. Small differences may occur between the pictures and the plants supplied (e.g. the shape, size, color, shape of flowers) are inevitable in natural products and present therefore not a lack of the plant provided, on the condition this complies with the standard sector tolerances.

If the plants supplied are defective, it can be asked to replace the plants supplied. If this is not possible, a price reduction can be agreed for the defective plants or the termination of the contract will be necessary.
