Shipping
Plants will be shipped in spring and in fall. Given the natural growth phases of the plants, are these the most suitable periods for shipment.
We deliver with BPost and PostNL. Once your order has left our nursery we will send you an e-mail, to inform you about the delivery date. This mail will contain a link to follow your parcel by tracking via the webpage of “De Post” during the duration of the shipment.
Reservation
Since ALGERA participates in various plant fairs, we like to offer you the possibility of reserving plants in addition to the shipping of plants. This way you can plan your purchases at your convenience at home and reserve them online and then you can pick your purchases up at the plant fair of your choice.
This option provides the following benefits:
· No charge for packing and shipping
· Assurance that the desired varieties and quantities are available in the plant fair of choice
· An opportunity to purchase rare species
· Personal contact with us to obtain additional information and advice

Shipping costs
The shipping costs are calculated and indicated based on the actual quantity of plants added to your shopping Basket. These costs are based on the actual rates charged by our carrier.
In case you indicate during the payment process, you’ll pick up your order at a plant fair, no shipping costs will be charged.

Due to the strict import procedures, unfortunately, we cannot deliver in the following countries: BA, CH, EE, FI, NO, IS. Islands of NL, DE, DK, FR, GB, IT, CH can only be supplied at extra charge.
Delivery period
Orders are processed in order of receipt. The delivery time – i.e. the time between placing the order and our delivery – is during peak times, such as in the spring, more than in the autumn.
Since the natural growth of plants can’t be predicted precisely and ALGERA strives to deliver the best quality, it’s not possible to determine the exact delivery date in advance.
